Commitment to Excellence

Here at Training Link we are committed to excellence and are always striving to provide a first class learning experience.
I’m sure reading this you’ve seen a very similar statement in pretty much every other training provider’s website.

Statements such as:

  • “Your first choice for…”
  • “Find the right course today!”
  • “Our 1st class student support team…”
  • “Start your new career today”

These are all commonplace.

So what makes you any different from everyone else?I hear you ask.

Apart from our many awards from the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, most notably being SIX times winner of the “Training Provider of the Year” Luca award (no other provider can lay claim to this!), we are also delighted to state that we have recently been awarded with EFQM’s Committed to Excellence Certification.

EFQM, committed

The EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Committed to Excellence certificate grants us with proof of our commitment and motivation to deliver excellent service. A short sentence, but one that we feel carries great weight.

The EFQM Excellence Model is based on a set of European values, first expressed in the European Convention on Human Rights (1953) and the European Social Charter (revised in 1996). This treaty is ratified by the 47 member states of the Council of Europe and the principles are incorporated into national legislation.

The Fundamental Concepts of Excellence build on the foundation of these basic human rights, assuming they are universally applied.

This award comes after a long and sustained appraisal of our processes and systems directly related to the engagement of our students. In fact, our processes were assessed via multiple projects measured over a four year period!

Throughout this journey, we have proved that we are consistently committed to excellence, not only within the functions of our business, but also toward our students’ learning experience.

This doesn’t mean that we’re going to rest on our laurels!

There are still many other projects in the making and our commitment to our students will always be our overriding objective.
