A testing time for testing centres?

We can all agree that lockdown has had a detrimental impact on various industries (some worse than others), and this is also true for the various AAT testing centres around the country.

As well as imposed (and voluntary) closures throughout 2020, re-opening has meant that, due to social distancing rules, fewer seats could be filled. Not only that, but more robust cleaning and sanitising regimes have resulted in higher running costs.

Whilst the above is all necessary, right and proper, some testing centres have resorted to increasing their prices for their exams to cover the loss. Moreover, some have taken the decision to prioritise bookings, meaning longer waiting times for some students.

This is not (and never will be) the Training Link way! Whilst the footfall within our testing centre has been reduced by 50% (and rightly so), our prices remain unchanged.

Whilst Training Link students benefit from a 15% discount for all exam fees, (equating to over £65 saved if taking your Level 2 Accounting course with us), we will never prioritise exam sittings.

Students have always been, and always will be the primary focus of everything we do.
