Training Link’s EFQM award for Committed to Excellenceadmin
June was certainly a busy month for Training Link, not least for being invited to the historic city of Edinburgh to accept the European Foundation for Quality Management award for Committed to Excellence by Claire Ford, the Chief Executive of Quality Scotland.
“Achieving Committed to Excellence, the first level of global accreditation using the EFQM Excellence Model is a clear demonstration of an organisation’s drive and desire to achieve sustainable business excellence. Congratulations again from myself and the Quality Scotland team.”
The awards ceremony took place at the Edinburgh International Conference centre with David Tanner presenting. Everyone was also treated to a key note speech by of one of Britain’s 100 happiest people, Danny Bent; his energy and positive outlook was certainly infectious!
The EFQM Global Excellence Award is organised once a year and it is designed to recognise the world’s most committed, best performing organisations. It recognises industry leaders with an indisputable track record of success in turning strategy into action and continuously improving their organisation’s performance.
After the awards ceremony had taken place, Gary Hupston (co-founder of Training Link) said:
“Achieving this award comes after a long and sustained appraisal of our processes and systems directly related to the engagement of our students.”
“In fact, our processes were assessed via multiple projects measured over a four year period; throughout this journey, we have proved that we are consistently committed to excellence, not only within the functions of our business, but also toward our students’ learning experience.”
For over 21 years, Training Link’s commitment to their students has always been the primary factor in everything they do, and we’re sure this will continue to be the case for at least the next 21 years!
