Business Planning – Level 2 -

Business Planning – Level 2

This course is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of the principles and practice of Business Planning.

It is essential for those wishing to start up a new business or simply gain a better understanding of the sometimes hidden pitfalls that can be the difference between business success and failure. Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of a business idea enables adjustments to be made from the beginning rather than when it’s too late or has cost time and money to correct.

Statistics prove that more than 60% of new businesses fail in the first three years. Lack of business and market understanding are among the top three reasons why these businesses fail.

Market research is essential as you need to know whether or not your business idea is needed, how much and by how many. How much you can charge and how many you can sell and how do you let them know about you. How much competition is there and what makes you different. The secret to continued success is to have proper methods and controls in place to ensure quality which in turn reaps rewards and repeat business.

The Business Planning course itself has been designed by Kendal Publishing Ltd to meet specific learners’ or employers’ requirements.   ABC Awards’ endorsement involves a robust and rigorous quality audit by external inspectors to ensure quality is consistently met.  A regular review of courses is carried out as part of the endorsement process.
