On completion, you can upgrade your ICB membership status to Associate and use the letters ‘AICB’ after your name, plus tap into the professional support and resources available from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. For those wishing to aim higher, the ‘MICB’ Level 4 qualifications should be your ultimate objective.
As this package is designed for the complete beginner, there are no prerequisites, although a good understanding of the English language is essential.
An Introduction to Bookkeeping course is available if you feel this course might be too difficult, or you can request a FREE sample along with tutor support.

Excellent training material, hard copy and online, that’s builds knowledge methodically and tests learning at regular intervals. Immediate feedback from the tutor after completing each online assessment is very supportive and motivating.
Contact with the admin team has also been professional and efficient.
Although only in the early stages of my chosen courses, currently feeling confident that I can succeed in gaining the qualifications I am working towards with Training Link.

It is pleasure to study with Training Link, I have a support when I need, my tutor explains me everything in an easy to understand way, and books are written in the simply way. Thank you Steve Capeling for all your support.

I would gladly recommend Training Link as a training provider.
The study materials are clear, concise and well laid out. Each section contains examples and multiple small assignments to test your understanding before you take each endpoint assessment.
I like that marks are given as soon as each assessment is complete. You are not instantly given solutions to any questions you have answered incorrectly. You can either re-take the assessment or send the answers to your tutor. All interactions that I’ve had with my tutor have been very supportive, with clear explanations and answered very promptly.
Equally the administration staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
I would recommend that you pay either Training Link or the ICB the small fee to take spare mock exams. They are very similar to the real thing and super useful regarding timing practice. Timing constraints are not felt outside of the mock exams and I found it takes a bit of getting used to.

Supportive tutors and office staff, who respond promptly, have a sense of humour and understand the commitment required by distance learning students.
Methodical study progression and instant feedback for assignments.

Post B2, I wrote a rhyme,
thanking them for all their time;
but now just numbers are in my head,
so “5 out of 5” is the comment instead.

Course material is very easy to follow and gives you all the information needed to complete both assignments and exams. The course tutors are helpful and responsive when contacted by e-mail. Would like to see more assignments included to let you put into practice what you are learning but apart from that I have been very impressed by Training-Link and the course so far.

Very simple process to enrol and quick delivery of learning materials.
I have found the learning workbooks to be of a very high standard. Key bookkeeping principles and processes set out in an easy to understand format. Tutor support, feedback and encouragement also of a very high standard.
