What is the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting Course?
This AAT level 3 course is the next step for students who have already completed the Foundation Certificate or have an equivalent qualification. Please contact us if you hold a qualification or have experience in Bookkeeping and Accounts. We can then assess and advise on any exemptions that may be allowable.
Take your accounting career to the next level with an AAT Level 3 course
At this level you'll tackle more difficult aspects of accounting and after successfully completing this qualification you can apply for professional bookkeeper status (AATQB). An AAT Associate Bookkeeping Membership (AATQB) would allow you to become self-employed and start offering bookkeeping services.
How long does the course take?
The AAT advise it could take between six months to a year to complete but it depends on your chosen study method. By studying via distance learning with Training Link you'll have more flexibility to fit your education around your life, rather than the other way around.
Ofqual suggest the Total Qualification Time is around 520 hours. But thanks to our time-saving utilities your active study time should be around 250-300 hours.
What support do I get?
There's a reason we have a 92.3% AAT level 3 pass rate. And that's because you'll receive top quality tutor support. It's why we won Best New AAT Training Provider in 2018, 'Online College Of The Year' by PQ Magazine, and 'ICB Large Training Provider Of The Year'- for 10 years in a row.

What Bieke thinks of her AAT Accounting study experience
Bieke already had an accounting degree from her studies in Belgium. But when she came over to the UK she wanted to gain a recognised set of qualifications in this country. And after driving past the Training Link offices every day, curiosity got the better of her and she googled us to find out more about what we did. It turned out, we offered exactly what she wanted.
We recently sat down with her to find out more about her experience of studying the AAT levels 2, 3, and 4 course with Training Link.
