E) Complaints and Grievances: Any breaches to this policy should be reported immediately. We are committed to investigating such reports promptly and confidentially. Appropriate actions will be taken against those that violate this policy.
This policy will be monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure its effectiveness and will be reviewed annually or sooner if necessary.
