AAT’s Evolution of Learning: Remote Invigilation

If you missed the earlier announcement, we’re excited to share that AAT has commenced the scheduled rollout of Remote Invigilation (RI) exams for specific AAT assessments.

Remote invigilation represents a stride taken by AAT to offer you enhanced flexibility in completing your accounting studies. This innovation enables candidates to undertake assessments from the convenience of their homes or a secure setting.

Instead of being limited to an approved assessment centre, you have the flexibility to complete your assessments at home or any secure location of your preference.

Prepare, Plan, Perform

As per AAT’s announced plan to launch Remote Invigilation for specific assessments, the first wave of examinations are now live. You can now take these exams via Remote Invigilation if you are undertaking the ITBK, POBC, and DAIF units.

More units will be released for Remote Invigilation in the future. These units can be found in the table below.

1 Bookkeeping Fundamentals (BKFN)
1 Business Skills (BUSK)
2 Principles of Costing (PCTN)
2 The Business Environment Synoptic Assessment (BESY)
3 Financial Accounting: Preparing Financial Statements (FAPS)
3 Business Awareness (BUAW)
3 Tax Processes for Business (TPFB)

If you have already registered with AAT and hold a MyAAT account, you can get more detailed information on remote invigilation in your MyAAT account.

For AAT students and online learners, the future is now. It’s a unique opportunity to be part of a progressive shift that values innovation without compromising the integrity of the certification process.
